Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days once your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs

All the shipping will be free. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, our team will notify you by email to keep you updated.

Returns & Refunds

General Policy

Due to the nature of our products, matcha powder and other perishable goods are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Non-perishable items such as accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@motcha3.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@motcha3.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
